Delicious food discoveries!
Another late night post!! Oops! I have a feeling this may become a trend, but I sure hope it doesn't. I really just like to give you guys a full view of my day and that requires me writing this later. I guess I can't complain that I'm writing this while snuggling up in my new comfy bed though!
Breakfast was a half cup of steal cut oats, frozen blue berries, and shredded coconut. It was so delicious and I think it will probably be one of my new top breakfast choices now.
The rest of the day was pretty busy filled with shopping with my mom and doing chores. Somehow I forgot to eat lunch, so I snuck in an apple while picking up my brother from school to hold me over.
And here is me in the middle of getting caught taking selfies... just pretend you're eating the apple, right??? Lol fail.
I made a green smoothie while making dinner today. It was so sweet and delicious and I truly recommend it!! It's 1.5 frozen bananas, one orange, and 2 very large handfuls of spinach. (I do recommend adding one handful in first and then adjusting as you please, just in case two large handfuls makes it too bitter for your tastebuds.)
Dinner was a tahini salad and these AMAZING potato wedges. I added cajun seasoning to them, and oh man, let me tell you!! Best decision I could have ever made for these wedges!!! I 100% recommend you try them!
And here's my great dane, Diesel, who so dearly wanted to taste these delicious cajun potato wedges (can't blame him, can you??)
Day 2 complete!
Goodnight xx
