One Republic Concert

(I know, I know its been some time since I blogged and its been a few months since I went to my favorite concert ever. Luckily for you guys I wrote a short journal entry I thought I would share with you all)

This was the BEST CONCERT I've ever been to! I feel so lucky to have discovered such an amazing band! I took Liam to his first concert and I could not have asked for a better one. The whole crowd was up and dancing and it was so much fun singing at the top of my lungs to my favorite band. By the end of the concert, we were all so sweaty, but had huge grins across our faces. My favorite parts of the concert include:

1.  The beginning of the set when everyone stood up and started screaming.
2.  When they played the song "Secrets" and there was a cello and violin. It was so beautiful!!
3. When Ryan (the main singer) jumped off the stage and ran all the way around the stadium while still singing. (Props!! because that's hard!)
4. When it went black after that and the stadium begged for an encore! We all were screaming and turned our phone lights on and drum rolled agains the seats. Then they came out and asked us all to turn on our lights and illuminate the stage. They then played "Counting Stars" and it was so beautiful!!
5. The last song they played was Liam's favorite song ("Love Runs Out") and he was so happy, it made me happy! I loved it SO MUCH

I am so blessed to have the opportunity to experience such an amazing concert. I got these tickets spontaneously as a late birthday present for myself and an early birthday present for Liam, and I don't regret it one bit. I honestly believe this was one of the best nights of our lives.

I hope you enjoyed my weebit of excitement I experienced all the way back in August haha! The memories still bring me big smiles!
